5 Items To Improve Your Website

by: Jacquelyn Butler

Well below I have written 5 Tips to not only get noticed but also recognized by the Public through Free and Cheap methods of Marketing and Advertising.

Tip #1 Build a WhoIs Page with information about yourself, your profession and your featured businesses and/or affiliate links. Make sure you explain why you are in these businesses and using these Affiliated Products so that your customer can get to know you better.

Tip #2 Join Networking websites like MySpace.com, Ryze.com etc.. and then put your website up and other information about yourself on your page. Be sure you to keep your page clean of clutter and bright backgrounds and heavy downloading. That will turn people off and they will move on to the next page.

Tip #3 Join some Forums based on your interest, fill out your Online Profile and your Signature File and have discussions with others about those interests. More than likely you will have someone click on your signature and ask you questions. You may want to join about 5-10 forums that you visit regularly.

Tip #4 Start a Blog on your Business of choice and submit it to various Blog Directories and try to do 1-2 Entries a day and ping it each time you do an Blog Entry Post. You want to talk about your Business, why you enjoy it, the benefits.

Tip #5 AND the MOST IMPORTANT thing of all. ALWAYS use the same screen name with everything you sign up for, register for, etc..because I guarantee that once you are Famous and people know your consistent username you will be FOUND on Google!
