2. Are You Clean Enough?

I recently heard a report that people aren't washing their hands long enough and this is why we catch infections. So with flu season coming up, I thought I'd pass on the little tip that they gave when hand washing. You should wash for at least 20 seconds, however if you don't feel like counting to 20 or if you want to teach your child how to wash their hands long enough, sing the entire "Happy Birthday To You" Song and that is the equivalent of how long you should wash your hands. It's a great practice for kids (and adults!) to get into!

I thought it was definitely worthy of a mention since smoothies are so healthy and can help you in your weight loss goals.
