2 large plum tomatoes,
seeded and chopped
12 dried tomato halves in oil, drained and chopped
1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
1/3 cup crumbled Gorgonzola or bleu cheese
3/4 cup minced sweet onion
1 tbsp. minced fresh basil
1 tsp. minced fresh rosemary
1/4 tsp. garlic pepper
24 baguette slices
Combine the first 6
ingredients. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet. Spoon
tomato mixture evenly over slices. Top with some grated Parmesan
cheese. Bake at 350 F for 7-8 minutes or until cheese melts. Makes
24 appetizers from 24 baguette slices.
