Herb Sauce:
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp. water
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 boneless strip
or ribeye steaks
On high power, microwave
garlic and water together. Stir in mustard, basil, pepper and
thyme and spread on both sides of the steaks. Grill strip steaks
over coals for 8-9 minutes per side, or ribeye steaks for 6-7
minutes per side for medium rare to medium wellness. Season steaks
with salt as desired. Carve steaks crosswise into thick slices.
